Flew Discus CS for 2.6 hours. Released at 6,800 ft. Highest was 7,600 ft. Frank caught a wave, but Rick and I was not able to. Rick went to Rumsey Gap, and circled with two eagles.

Flew ASW-24 for 2.9 hours. Flew with 9Q, 98, ER, 59, JK, TMA-Bjork, and G3. Very similar day to yesterday, but the cloudbase was higher. Highest altitude was 10,500 feet. Went to Black Butte and Diamond M.

Flew Discus CS for 5.3 hours. Flew with 12 other gliders - C1, JJ, TMA, OJ, 49, JHL, TG, G3, YE, 99, 98, 34, and FNX. The cloud base was very low (6,000 feet) when I launched around 1pm, but it went up a bit (8,000 feet) in late afternoon. Highest altitude was 8,400 feet. Turned Rumsey Gap and Indian Ranch. Had a good thermal 1 mile south of Indian Valley Dam.

Flew Discus CS for 1.3 hours. The cloud base was 8,000 feet. Started at Tree Farm and headed south, but clouds in the south weren't working well, hence a short flight.

Flew Discus CS for 3.7 hours. Completed "Tree Farm-Bear Valley-Indian Ranch" task. Very smoky. Highest Altitude was 12,500 feet. Round trip from Tree Farm to Indian Ranch takes 3,000 feet.

Flew Discus CS for 2.9 hours. Went up to 13,100 feet. Completed "Tree Farm-Bear Valley-Indian Ranch" task. Very smoky due to fire near Yolla Bolly. It was the 14th race day. PK, PS, and 1B flew in formation.
